Manatee Lagoon
Manatee Lagoon has the best of all worlds. Deep crystal clear swim-able water where Manatees and
other interesting creatures come to play, and a large wonderful heated pool tucked into the
shade under the balcony. Jacuzzi next to the pool for those cold Keys nights. 4bd 3.5bth at 2000/wk.
The map for the Manatee shows us in the middle of the road, just look for the gigantic
dock in the lagoon, that will show you where we are.
The Manatee has a beautiful view over the deep lagoon, and a 3 boat dock that is a minute
to the Gulf and about a mile and a half to the ocean. There are plenty of Pelicans
This time of year for you bird lovers.
The 33 ft San Juan pool is tucked under the deck, in just the corner so that you can enjoy the pool
in the sun and in the shade, there is plenty of sun around the pool and in it. It actually sits on
The sunny side of the home, and gets sun all day except for the shady part. If you want more of an adventure, the
Lagoon is teaming with all sorts of interesting creatures, right under your dock.
Here is the new color for this year, kind of a light blue with white accents.
Here is another shot with the new color scheme. We also totally redid the inside with a
light shade of blue.
Large Sunporch with great views, all synthetic decking - no splinters. The lagoon is a wonderful place to hang
and relax, boats are protected and it is teeming with life. The perfect place to kayak safely, or hang out and watch
the wildlife under your dock.
Another good shot of our wonderful lagoon, 2 minutes and you are right in the Open Gulf 1 mile from the
Vacca Cut. .
3 New Cobra Kayaks, 1 tandem with Floating dock access for easy launching. Kayaks
are the best thing in the world to keep mid-aged kids busy, in the safe lagoon.
The deck on the back side of the house is wonderful and wide, all synthetic decking for
no splinters in little feet, and a gas barbecue. This season features a Nordic hot tub, for those
cold winter nights.
For 2008 we have a great new pool table, next to the Nordic tub, you can play pool while you block the kids in to the pool- that's
kind of funny -and still keep an eye on them.
Here is a pic of the living area, 52' wide screen sony tv with dvd player
and a built in CD and Fm stereo. The leather sofa folds out
into a queen size for extra guests.
The white kitchen is laid out to easily take care of large parties.
The open great room is a wonderful place to spend your vacation.
The Large Master Suite has a neat sunken tub in its Bath.
Here is a pic of the Master Bath, there is a stand up shower, and sunken tub.
This is the bedroom with a twin set, perfect for a large home.
Here is the bedroom with the Queen size bed, looks like the must've moved the flatscreen
to the other room, Mickey has a DVD player too.
Here is the bedroom with the double bed, small but it still has a tv. All 4 bedrooms
have their own cable and TVs.
One of the bedrooms has twins, the others are King, Queen and Double. Manatee
Easily sleeps 8 people and a couple of smaller people. 2010 rates with the new
Nordic Hot tub, pool table and kayaks is 2000/wk, 1500/wk in the fall, so book early to beat the rush .
For 2010 we have another bathroom and a half between two of
the bedrooms to make your stay more enjoyable.
